Ian's Light Tan 1960's Swiss Ammo with TCLS for MKII

(Click on any photo to enlarge)
Ian was kind enough to ship me his MKII Nassau to have me build this custom strap made from 1960's Swiss Ammo leather (No Stampings Please). He requested our lightest shade of tan and black stitching, which I think looks great on his watch. He also requested our 'Thick Curved Lug System' (TCLS) for a perfect integrated fit at the lugs, which I think I achieved for him in spades. Thanks again Ian and thank you for giving me the chance to check out your great MKII in person. My Wife and I both agree that the MKII Nassau case with it's long tapered lugs is much more elegant that the modern Rolex Sub case. If you would like to check out all the MKII offerings on their website, you won't regret it: MKII Watches.

IWC Big Pilot on Jurassic Chocolate African Goat from our Safari Collection

Hi strap lovers, Here are some photos of my friend's IWC Big Pilot on a Jurassic Chocolate African Goat from our Safari Collection.  I Really like these Big Pilot watches on a leather strap with somt heavy texture and this African Goat leather from our bespoke traditional British tanner Tusting & Burnett (Estb. 1938) Ltd. really fits the bill.  With it's deep grain texture and wonderful chocolate color it's a perfect pairing with IWC BP's classic Military look.  This strap features flat squared profile IWC style padding at the lugs (as opposed to our typical high domed rounded padding) tapering from 22 to 20mm at the buckle and has super fine hand saddle stitching using fine French Fil Lin Cable Au Chinois linen thread, which is the world's best.  This strap has been lined with our Special calf skin lining in Olive Drab, which is both in keeping with the military spirit of the watch and also super soft on the wrist.  Altogether, I think this strap is a really great match for the IWC Big Pilot and will be our 'Watch of the Week'!

Wen's customized Rolex SDDS on SuperMatte Alligator

Hi strap lovers, I'm happy to share these photos I received from my great customer Wen of is customized Rolex SDDS.  I've had these photos for a while now and I can't believe I've somehow never posted the.  Wen's strap featuring our Fully integrated fitment and SuperExotica upgrade with super fine hand saddle stitching in french red linen and exotic Red Eel skin lining. I think it's about perfect with Wen's modified Rolex SDDS with red second hand and date wheel. The buckle wast brilliantly done by SNMetalworks in Colorado.

Our Fully Integrated Fit (FIF) upgrade, which includes our 'Thick Curved Lug System' ('TCLS) for an integrated fit between the lugs as well as notching to bring the width of the strap to the outside line of the lugs and is then tapered back to 24mm or 22mm wide at the buckle. This design was inspired by the Rubber-B straps for Rolex SDDS and is extremely challenging to accomplish in leather. Of course, our 'Thick Curved Lug System' (TCLS) upgrade can be ordered separately if you don't want the notching at the lugs and the extra wide strap.

Omega Speedmaster on Shark strap with our Exclusive TCLS Fitment!

Hi strap lovers, I'm very excited to share these photos sent my our good customer Dennis of his awesome Omega Speedmaster paired with his newly arrived Shark skin strap.  This strap features a couple of really unique upgrades which makes his very special Speedmaster look all the more special.

TCLS fit:  Our exclusive 'Thick Curved Lug System' is designed to give his strap an integrated fitment between the lugs.  Giving the strap a very OEM look.

Thick Padding at the lugs:  An extra mid-layer at the top of the strap near the watch to give the strap a rounded or 'Padded' look that really makes the strap 'Pop'

SuperExotica Eel skin upgrade:  Our SuperExotica upgrade features super fine hand saddle stitching and an exotic Eel skin leather lining which offers the strap a wonderful luxury look and feel. Dennis's strap features custom dyed vintage denim blue Eel skin which shows as grey/blue in low light and brighter true blue in full sunlight and I think looks amazing with the super fine orange stitching using our fine French fil-au-chinois-sewing-thread.

Dennis's Speedmaster has been customized with a sapphire case back to show off the wonderful Omega hand wind movement, which makes his watch extra unique.

Thanks to Dennis for sending me these amazing photos, your's if definitely our 'Watch of the Week'!
