Vintage Swiss Linen Threads!
Hi strap lovers, This post I think is a real first to be offered in the world of strap making. I recently acquired a catch of very vintage Swiss linen thread to dates form the early half of the 20th century! From an old saddler's stock, these rare threads are super strong and show amazing character (smelling of bee's wax and smoke and on the original wooden spooles) and would be the perfect upgrade for anyone looking for a truly authentic Vintage Ammo strap. These thread are available in very limited quantity and when they're gone, I can promise you I will not have access to any further stocks. This represents a rare and unique opportunity to have your vintage Swiss Ammo strap stitched with authentic period linen thread offered while my stock lasts. Color options are: Vintage Earth, Vintage Ecru, Vintage Olive and Vintage Rust. Priced at $25/20 euro upgrade and only for my vintage Swiss Ammo straps.

Jeff's Vintage Chocolate American Alligator for BR02
(Click on any photo to enlarge) |
Hi strap lovers. Here is one that we really happy with. It's our very first ultra premium Swiss Hides American Alligator belly strap for a BR02 in my personal favorite color: Vintage Chocolate. This strap is all class in a beautiful and supple Swiss Hides American Alligator and entirely hand made by Dangerous9straps. with rolled lug notches instead of cut and stitched with 4 ply chocolate waxed Irish linen, this strap oozes luxury. Plus, since it's lined with custom dyed French Lambskin, it's as easy on the wrist as it is on the eyes. For anyone who's ever had the misfortune to hand a stiff alligator strap this supple beauty with be a revelation in comfort. All class for my good customer Jeff from sunny Pasadena's BR02 SS. Enjoy your new strap Jeff as you're cruising those palm lined boulevards!

My long awaited new PAM243!
(Click on any photo to enlarge)
OK strap lovers, so the PAM243 is a watch that I have wanted for a really long time and I finally just broke down a got it. Of course I had to wait to post in until I had hastily completed a custom Dangerous9strap for it and I think this strap made from a 1915 German Ammo pouch is a worthy strap for this really great watch. I also had a great time photographing it with my new light and diffuser and tripod, which will allow me to start photgraphing more of my straps in doors the winter. Which is a really good thing, since coming back from our holiday in Sitges, Spain last week, we arrived to 6 inches of snow in our car. If that's any indication, were going to be in for a long winter here in Munich. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the photos of my new baby.
